硅膠熱轉印商標的存放注意事項及燙壓注意事項

壓燙參考Workingprocess

1、溫度160-165度 Suitable temperature between 160-165 C

2、時間20-25秒 Required time20-25Seconds

3、壓力中等（3-4公斤）Medium pressure(3-4KG）

4、冷撕：自然冷卻后撕掉轉印紙至少30分鐘。Afterit gets cool, peel the film ,cool down 30mins

壓燙注意：

1、建議壓燙機發熱板用淺色汗布包起來，使發熱板發熱更均勻。

We suggest use light color jersey fabric tocover the heating board, which can make the temperature more uniform.

2、壓燙參考數據隨面料、壓燙機和工作環境的不同而改變。

Parameter of printing should be adjustedaccording to the fabric, the thermo printing and the working condition.

3、大貨生產前務必調試好機器，牢度，彈性等各項性能達到所有要求后方可生產大貨，以免造成不必要的損失。

Before the bulk making, must adjust themachine to meet all requirement, in that case any losses can be avoided.

4、壓燙時熨斗請勿接觸印花部位。

The iron can’ttouch the printing when make the after finishing.

5、壓燙后如要進行任何測試，請先放36小時，36小時內不可進行任何測試。

Any test should be taken 36 hours later afterthe print is pressed.

6. 若是布種較薄 為防止汙染 請墊一層紙 或較薄的布在上方

If the fabric is thinner like mesh please put paper or another thinfabric on top of heat transfer for prevent pollution

存放注意：

1、室溫之下10—35度 Under the room temperature between 10—35C.

2、不要將轉印紙暴露于熱力和陽光下 The transfer paper can't be exposed to the sun or any heater.

3、防潮，相對濕度不要高于70%  Keep away from Moisture,relative humidity should below 70%

4、避免轉印紙存放于多層的環境，以免粘壞，空氣要流通。

Don’t pile up the transfer paper so high toavoid sticking together, maintain good air circulation.

5、請盡快將燙嘜用于衣服上，保存時間不可多余6個月。Pleasetransfer the labels ASAP. Don’t keep it more than6 months!
